Healthcare Quality and Safety Programs Receive CAHME Certification

The has approved the certification of two 91大神猫先生千人斩 programs leading to the degrees of Master of Science in healthcare quality and safety, and Master of Science in nursing 鈥 healthcare quality and safety. CAHME is an interdisciplinary group of educational, professional, clinical and other health sector organizations devoted to quality improvement of education for healthcare. Since 1968, CAHME accreditation has defined the standards for healthcare management education for the world community.

鈥淭his certification represents the diligence of our team at 91大神猫先生千人斩鈥檚 department of healthcare quality and safety to create a curriculum to prepare graduates to become sought-after healthcare quality and safety professionals,鈥 said Dr. Mark Tillman, dean of 91大神猫先生千人斩鈥檚 Brooks Rehabilitation College of Healthcare Sciences. 鈥淥ur goal is to provide students with the skills needed to serve in healthcare quality and safety leadership and research positions where they will be able to raise clinical excellence and improve health outcomes on a global level.鈥

Dr. Teri Chenot, department chair for healthcare quality and safety programs at Jacksonville University, has been a long-standing member of CAHME鈥檚 Healthcare Quality and Safety Council and will serve as its chair in 2021. She is well-acquainted with the certification process and its significance.

鈥淭he attainment of CAHME certification for both our MS-HQS and MSN-HQS programs demonstrates 91大神猫先生千人斩鈥檚 commitment to achieving the highest program standards while on its journey to HQS accreditation,鈥 Chenot said.
